Publish a tenant-wide sensitivity label taxonomy (Public, Internal, Confidential, Highly Confidential).

Auto-apply sensitivity labels using trainable classifiers or content rules to existing SharePoint and OneDrive content.

Enable DLP policies covering credit cards, national IDs, source code, and customer PII across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

Configure retention policies covering every workload with a documented legal hold capability.
